For the past decade ,Deb Weese of Weese Project Motivations has served Midland County residents with all forms of home safety enhancements, such as ramp construction, deck repairs, flooring, organizing, clean-outs, and other safety improvements. Deb expressed a clear mission to serve older adults with integrity, efficiency, and at an affordable price.
Deb has served many Senior Services clients, working in partnership with our common mission and treating each individual request as a priority. Deb’s timely response to needs, and with a demeanor of respect, made a significant difference in the lives of countless older adults.
Deb received the 2020 Everett N. Luce Community Champion Award, bringing recognition to the positive contributions Deb has made to improve the lives of older adults in Midland County.
It is with a sense of loss, sadness, and respect that we received Deb’s recent notification of retirement. For Deb’s unique style, valor, and goodness, we will be forever grateful.
Our community needs individuals with the heart and talent to provide caring, skillful, and affordable home safety modifications. We look forward to others stepping up to meet the needs of our community. Could this be you or someone you know? Remember the adage: If you see a gap in service or leadership, please step into it.
