We have a vast library of community resources to draw upon. Our mission is to be a helper to you as you set and meet your personal goals. It is our goal to collaborate with you to enhance your safety and independence.
Following an assessment of your needs, we can provide supportive services such as: Meals on Wheels, Home Care, Home Safety services, Friendly Visitor, Volunteer Shopper, Health Insurance Benefits Assistance, Respite for Caregivers, Transportation options, and more.
We can provide referrals to Counseling services, Home Repair Programs, Legal consultations, Waiver and PACE programs, Assisted Living locators, Veteran’s services, Memory Care, and more.
