The Midland County Health and Human Services Council promotes our community’s welfare and improves the way people connect with solutions. The Council has a strong interest in poverty and housing issues, health trends, family, relational and youth issues.
A group of more than 35 different organizations are targeting mental and physical health gaps in Midland County. The Health and Human Services Council of Midland County promotes the welfare of the community through systems level planning, collaboration, and promotion of health and human services with an emphasis on demonstrated effectiveness and prevention. Their efforts are part of the Community Health Improvement Plan. On January 27, 2021 they presented their progress thus far and took a look to the future.
