You know the drill—standing in line and signing in for lunch or a program, then hurrying afterwards to snag a spot in the next event, along with everyone else. Soon, you’ll be able to skip those lines and get right to the fun! We will soon be rolling out our new self-service kiosks and check-in stations to make registration and check-in quicker, easier, and more convenient than ever.
In 2026, you’ll receive a personal barcode card (just like a library card) that you can use at kiosks located in classrooms, lunch areas, the front desk, or the entrance of the Activity & Dining Centers. You’ll be able to simply swipe your card, and you’ll be checked in—no more filling out the same sign-in forms or writing your name over and over.
With the self-service kiosks, you’ll be able to:
- Register for upcoming programs, events, and activities
- Make reservations for Center lunch
- See your upcoming schedule
With the check-in stations, you’ll be able to:
- Check in for attendance for pre-registered programs and Center lunch reservations
These kiosk stations are designed to save you time, reduce paperwork, and make your experience at our Centers smoother from start to finish.
While kiosks will make on-site registration simple, we’re also excited to share that our online portal has been up and running for about a year now! From home or on the go, you can log in to sign up for programs, see your schedule, and manage your information—another way we’re making it easier to stay connected and involved. It’s one of the ways we invest in our community and ensure everyone has access to enriching opportunities. As we roll out new tools, we may ask for updated personal details like your name, address, phone, birthdate, and email. We never sell or share this information. When we ask for your contact information, it’s simply so we can keep accurate records and secure the funding that makes these services possible, helping us continue to offer them at no cost to you.
