Do you forget things more frequently? Do you worry about “losing it”? Your brain ages just like other body parts and functions, but there are things you can do to both maintain and improve your personal brain fitness. At this informative, fun, and interactive program facilitated by Sue Montesi, you will learn how your brain works and ages, learn brain-sharpening exercises to combat the undesirable effects aging often has on the brain, and be introduced to lifestyle actions to improve your personal brain fitness.
Advance registration is required as attendance will be limited to 30 seniors who are willing to embrace behaviors that likely will positively impact their brain health. Please register in advance by calling 989-633-3700 or online below.
