Join Danielle Petersen, Manager of the Teaching/Learning Center at Delta College, and a volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association to explore the role of caregiver and the changes you might experience in this role. She will also address ways to build a support team and manage caregiver stress.
Danielle combines her strong teaching background with her first-hand experience as a family caregiver. Don’t miss this great opportunity to gain knowledge and be better prepared to tackle challenges!
*For all care partner classes, if you are caring for another person and are not previously registered with Senior Services as a care partner, please plan to arrive 15 minutes before class to fill out a brief form. Respite scholarships may be available. If requesting respite care, notify when registering.
