When memory fades, connection doesn’t have to. If you’ve ever struggled to communicate with a loved one experiencing memory loss, you’re not alone. As cognitive changes progress, conversations can become frustrating and confusing—for both of you.

Join us for an insightful and practical session designed specifically for care partners. Learn how to better understand the shifts in communication, and gain real-life tools to maintain connection, reduce stress, and support your loved one with compassion and confidence.

Led by Jeanne Adams, RN, Health Education Coordinator, and Trena Winans, Director of Education and Outreach, this program will explore why communication changes happen, and offer easy-to-use strategies that can make a real difference in your daily interactions.
