Savvy Caregiver Express is a condensed 3-week version of the original evidence-based Savvy Caregiver program, designed for family care partners of individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. It’s perfect for those who need valuable tools and strategies but can’t commit to the full 6-week course.

This program empowers care partners by helping them:

• Understand Alzheimer’s and related dementias
• Develop self-care strategies
• Find daily activities that promote engagement for their loved one
• Access family and community resources for support

Savvy Caregiver Express equips caregivers with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, effective care while maintaining their own well-being.
Space is extremely limited, so call early to reserve a spot or register online below.

*For all care partner classes, if you are caring for another person and are not previously registered with Senior Services as a care partner, please plan to arrive 15 minutes before class to fill out a brief form.
