Whether it is “just a bit of stuff” or looming piles around the house, the mess causes stress. The greater the mess the greater the stress. This session will identify common reasons for clutter, and the resulting negative impact on our physical, mental and emotional health. Learn to recognize common barriers to decluttering, and discover helpful guidelines and tools to you get started. Next month’s Healthy Hints will follow up on this topic with Organizing Small Spaces.
