Everyone sleeps, but many of us struggle to get the recommended amount each night or wake up still feeling tired. The Healthy Hints for Sleep session from Michigan State University Extension will discuss the importance of sleep for our overall well-being and provide simple tips to improve our sleep quality. Even one or two small changes to your bedtime routine can have big results!
