Winter can be a challenging time, especially for older adults facing isolation, low energy, or sadness. In this supportive and informative session, we’ll explore Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), how it impacts aging adults, and practical strategies to boost mood and maintain well-being all season long. You’ll walk away with tools to help you feel more like yourself, even on the darkest days.
