Headaches are a common complaint when it comes to pain, affecting 50-75% of the population within the past year according to the World Health Organization. Though common, most headaches are mild and resolve on their own. For a smaller percentage of the population, headaches are severe and often recurring, which can interfere with the person’s daily life.

Join us to hear Casey Sowinski, PT, DPT of Renue Physical Therapy explain the causes and symptoms of different types of headaches, and tips to help you find relief.

After each Lunchtime Learners program, Allison Rossi Utter, Community Outreach & Volunteer Manager will be offering a tour of Trailside Center. If you’ve never taken a tour, this would be a great opportunity to see all that Senior Services has to offer!

Aim to arrive by 11:30 am in Trailside and after your table is called, take your lunch into room 160. The talk will begin as close to noon as possible and end by 1:00. Space is limited in the room, so please call ahead to reserve your spot and register for lunch at 633-3700. Lunches are by donation to those over 60, or $6 for those under 60. Please cancel your reservation if you or anyone in your household is sick.
