Oftentimes, changing health conditions make it difficult, or even impossible, to leave the house for medical appointments. Thankfully, online appointments have become much more accessible and prevalent in recent years. You just need to know how to navigate the process. Come to this session to learn the steps and best practices to setting up and joining your online appointments with minimal technical issues. You will learn how to manage virtual visits as well as how to use your MyChart patient portal to best advantage. Join MyMichigan Health’s Steven Blodgett, Virtual Care Manager, and Becky Bensal, MyChart Support Representative, to get the guidance you need to navigate your appointments with more success and less stress!

*Due to our drive-thru vaccination clinic happening that afternoon at Trailside, please plan to park on the side of the building closest to the main entrance.*

If you are planning to have lunch before or during the program, aim to arrive by 11:30 am in Trailside or Mills and after your table is called, take your lunch into room 160. The talk will begin as close to noon as possible and end by 1 pm. Space is limited in the room, so please call ahead to reserve your spot and register for lunch at 633-3700. Lunches are by donation to those over 60, or $7 for those under 60. Please cancel your reservation if you or anyone in your household is sick.
