*New* Stroke Support Group

This group is open to stroke survivors, those at high risk for a stroke, and their family caregivers. Each month, we offer a space for learning, sharing, and connecting with others who understand the challenges you face. Expert guest speakers or staff will kick off the meeting with educational presentations, followed by separate breakout sessions for survivors and caregivers to discuss their experiences and concerns in a supportive environment.

Whether you are navigating life after a stroke or supporting someone who is, you’re not alone. Our support group provides an opportunity for survivors and caregivers to learn valuable information, gain insights into managing life changes, and find support from others who truly understand. It’s a chance to share stories, offer advice, and build a network of compassionate individuals.

In a welcoming and cooperative atmosphere, we encourage participants to unite around their shared experiences. Together, we’ll explore positive strategies, community resources, and ways to improve quality of life following a stroke. Come and be part of a group where education, empathy, and mutual support make a meaningful difference.
