Direct Care Worker – Home Care (Flexibly-scheduled, 20–29 hours/week)

• Help older adults stay safe and independent in their homes by providing
• Personal Care, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, along with
• In-Home Respite for the client’s family caregiver.

  Requirements:

• High school diploma
• (CNA not required)
• Lift up to 25 lbs
• Personal care experience
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (within Midland County)
• Pass a Criminal Background Check – Bring your driver’s license and social security card (or birth certificate)
