Humankind has a long history of remarkable feats of creation – in Planet of Treasures, historian Sir Christopher Clark takes the viewer around the globe to explore mind-blowing UNESCO World Heritage sites.

In this episode, he explores the rich history of pre-Columbian civilizations at Teotihuacán in Mexico, the unique natural ecosystems of the Galapagos Islands, and the colonial legacy of historic Havana, Cuba. Clark highlights how profound cultural diversity, ancient traditions, and vulnerable landscapes intertwine across the continent.
