Savvy Caregiver Express is a condensed 3-week version of the original evidence-based Savvy Caregiver program, designed for family care partners of individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. It’s perfect for those who need valuable tools and strategies but can’t commit to the full 6-week course.

This program empowers care partners by helping them:

• Understand Alzheimer’s and related dementias
• Develop self-care strategies
• Find daily activities that promote engagement for their loved one
• Access family and community resources for support

Savvy Caregiver Express equips caregivers with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, effective care while maintaining their own well-being. Space is extremely limited.
