Tai Chi is known to improve balance, flexibility and strength, and to benefit one’s overall sense of well-being. Tai Chi is one of the exercises recommended by CDC for better balance and fall prevention. Its slow and gentle movement is suitable for all ages. This Zoom online class is designed for both beginners and experienced students. You will work on Tai Chi movements, gentle strengthening and body stretching along with the Qigong breathing techniques. It will be taught by a certified instructor. Access to Zoom is necessary.
Please register 1 day prior, $3 per class. Payment instructions will be sent upon registration.
