Happy Diners
Even if you are not a history buff, you will enjoy this fascinating exposé about the brave riders who were the lifeline of the nation in their day. These mail carriers, who endured scorching heat and sub-zero cold, risked life and limb to carry the mail back and forth between MO and CA. They were the precursors of today’s postal workers who continue with the faithful distribution of important, and not so important, communications. Afterward, you will have an opportunity to write a thank you to your own postal worker. Call 835-6891 to make reservations for luncheon beforehand. Salad bar is at 11:15am.
