In November, we shared the exciting news that self-service and attendance check-in kiosks are coming to the Activity & Dining Centers to help make check-in and registration faster and easier. We’re still moving full steam ahead, and we want to give you a quick update on where things stand.
Right now, our team is continuing to build and refine the kiosk system behind the scenes. Before anything goes live, we’ll be inviting participants to join us for small focus groups in the coming months. These sessions will help us test the kiosks, make sure they’re easy to use, and fine-tune the process so everything runs smoothly once they’re ready to roll out.
Your feedback will play an important part in shaping how these new tools work — and we can’t wait to hear your thoughts.
