Transportation Drivers
Volunteers drive Senior Services’ vehicles to provide transportation within Midland County for seniors who have medical appointments and other needs. Volunteers come to Senior Services’ main building to pick up a provided vehicle and a driving schedule. They drive to the client’s home, help them into the car and take them to their appointment or wherever they need to go. Shifts are about four hours long, either morning or afternoon.

Many volunteers work as a team on established routes which usually take no more than one to two hours per week. Lunch is provided and mileage is reimbursed.
