Senior Services is pleased to launch a new Self-Service Portal where you can register for events and activities online on Tues, Aug 27th! With a few clicks, you will be able to register yourself or anyone in your household for classes and events held at the centers.
The first step is to create an account with a username and password.
- Open your web browser and navigate to SeniorServicesMidland.org/Portal.
- Click the Create Account button.
- Enter your name and email, and create a username and password.
Note: Your username should match your email address. - Click Sign Up.
- Enter your contact information.
Note: name, birthdate, email address, phone number, and address are required. - Click Continue and then Done.

We will also have open office hours and events leading up to and during the launch to assist you in setting up your account. Watch for special communication of those dates in our e-newsletter, on the website & social channels.
As mentioned previously, you will be asked for personal information such as name, birthdate, phone, address, and email to access the online portal. To offer our programs at no or low cost, we are required to collect this personal information. We also require this information in order to prevent duplicate/erroneous records, and to ensure we’re signing up the right person for the right program. This information also helps us understand who is using our services and ensures that we can tailor our offerings to meet the needs of our participants. We assure you that your information will be kept confidential. Senior Services does NOT sell or share this information with outside parties.
