Executive Director
Full Time (40 hours per week) – We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization in advancing its mission and impact. The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, ensure financial sustainability, and foster a positive, inclusive organizational culture. Responsibilities include guiding long- and short-term planning, overseeing program development and evaluation, managing budgets and diversified funding streams, and serving as the chief spokesperson to strengthen community partnerships and advocacy efforts. This role also involves close collaboration with the Board of Directors, cultivating strong governance practices, and mentoring a high-performing team. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), at least 10 years of proven leadership experience, and a strong background in organizational development, financial management, and community engagement. Experience in human services, especially in aging services, is strongly preferred.

Direct Care Worker – Home Care
Part Time (20-29 hours per week) Provides personal assistance and support to older adults in their home. Assistance includes, but not limited to, bathing and grooming and basic household cleaning tasks. Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb stairs and lift up to 25 lbs. required. Previous personal care experience and experience working with older adults preferred. Must have good communication skills, maintain client confidentiality and be dependable and able to get along well with older adults and their family caregivers. Ability to work compassionately with individuals with varying degrees of physical and cognitive limitations. Position requires driving within Midland County. Competitive pay, holiday pay and mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate. High school diploma required, Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) not required. No nights, weekends or on-call.

Trailside Site Manager
Part-time (29 hrs/week) We are seeking an energetic, creative and organized team member to develop, implement and coordinate activities for a congregate dining setting. The goal of the Center is to creatively engage older adults to meet their nutritional, social, recreational and educational needs. Excellent verbal and written communication, computer, interpersonal and customer service skills are required. Must be able to supervise Center volunteers. Food Service Manager
Full-time (40 hrs/week) Oversees and coordinates all aspects of meal production for Congregate Lunch, Meals on Wheels, Meals for the Seasons Center, and special events by supervising and training kitchen staff, creating and maintaining nutritious cycle menus and standardized recipes, ensuring compliance with the Michigan Food Code, managing food safety and sanitation practices, directing large-scale catering, and overseeing purchasing, inventories, and cost control. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and computer skills; the ability to manage schedules, payroll, and performance evaluations; and responsibility for maintaining records, temperature logs, safety inspections, equipment needs, and ServSafe certifications. The manager communicates closely with cooks, site managers, and the Nutrition Program Director, responds to concerns, organizes monthly meetings, maintains confidentiality, and serves as backup for key nutrition program positions while completing other assigned duties. On-call Cooks
Openings for On-Call Cooks in the Nutrition Department at Senior Services. These positions provide kitchen assistance as needed at all Activity and Dining Centers (Trailside, Coleman, Sanford and Greendale). The On-Call Cook positions cover vacations, day-off requests and extra help needed particularly during the holidays. The knowledge gained regarding food safety, preparation, service and clean-up will help to prepare you for potential future opportunities. Previous food service or commercial meal preparation experience preferred but not required. Free lunch on scheduled workdays. No holidays, nights or weekends.
