Transportation Manager
(Full-time – 40 hours/week M-F) We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Transportation Manager to oversee the daily operations of a transportation program serving seniors in Midland County. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing drivers and volunteers, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining efficient fleet operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and skilled at problem-solving while providing excellent service to clients. An associate’s degree is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, along with strong communication and management skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Center Services Manager – Nutrition Department
(Full-time – 40 hours/week M-F) Seeking an energetic, creative, and organized team leader to develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate Center programs and services for the dynamic Nutrition Program. A minimum of 1 year of management experience is required, and the applicant must have knowledge and skills working with the older adult population. Primary responsibilities include managing, coordinating, and evaluating programs and services offered at the Centers while providing support, education, and supervision to the Site Manager staff. The goal of each Center is to creatively engage older adults to meet their nutritional, social, recreational, and educational needs. Excellent verbal and written communication, computer, interpersonal, and customer service skills are required. Prefer bachelor’s degree or coursework related to Recreation Management, Business Administration, Non-profit Management, Education, or related field. On-call Cooks
Openings for On-Call Cooks in the Nutrition Department at Senior Services. These positions provide kitchen assistance as needed at all Activity and Dining Centers (Trailside, Coleman, Sanford and Greendale). The On-Call Cook positions cover vacations, day-off requests and extra help needed particularly during the holidays. The knowledge gained regarding food safety, preparation, service and clean-up will help to prepare you for potential future opportunities. Previous food service or commercial meal preparation experience preferred but not required. Free lunch on scheduled workdays. No holidays, nights or weekends.
