Health Education Coordinator
Part Time (18 hours/week) The primary job goal is to lead and provide support for health-related education, trainings and clinics for Senior Services. Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are required. Computer proficiency in Word and PowerPoint is preferred. This position facilitates and coordinates health education program offerings and health clinics at the Agency’s five Centers, along with some care partner education and support group facilitation. Must possess excellent people skills and be a lifelong learner. Ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in public health, health education, community health, gerontology or a related field.

On-call Cooks
Openings for On-Call Cooks in the Nutrition Department at Senior Services. These positions provide kitchen assistance as needed at all Activity and Dining Centers (Trailside, Coleman, Sanford and Greendale). The On-Call Cook positions cover vacations, day-off requests and extra help needed particularly during the holidays. The knowledge gained regarding food safety, preparation, service and clean-up will help to prepare you for potential future opportunities. Previous food service or commercial meal preparation experience preferred but not required. Free lunch on scheduled workdays. No holidays, nights or weekends.

On-call Transportation Driver at Seasons Adult Day Health Services

The On-Call Seasons Transportation Driver provides safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for participants of Seasons Adult Day Health Services, ensuring a positive image of Senior Services. The role requires a valid Michigan driver’s license with a chauffeur’s endorsement, an excellent driving record, and the ability to assist older adults, including those using mobility devices door-to-door with care and patience. The driver reports to the Seasons Program Director and is responsible for preparing daily by inspecting the vehicle, checking fuel levels, and reviewing route sheets and schedules. Duties include transporting clients safely along assigned routes, assisting them as needed, and ensuring timely arrivals and departures. The position emphasizes strong communication, requiring drivers to promptly report unusual behavior, accidents, or emergencies. Accurate documentation is essential, including completing route sheets and returning all materials at the end of each shift. Professionalism is key and drivers must demonstrate dependability, courtesy, empathy, and adherence to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all DMV laws and Senior Services policies. The position also requires passing background and driving checks and completing other duties as assigned.
