Information Systems Project Coordinator
Full-time (40 hours/week)– Responsibilities include: Project and data management and system maintenance in a cloud-based system. Salesforce database and legacy system support. Seeking an energetic, organized team player with a Bachelor’s degree in a business related field or equivalent experience. Two years of experience in system administration, project management, or software implementations preferred. Strong understanding of database management best practices and functionality preferred. Advanced Excel skills required. Experience with Salesforce preferred. Experience with Access databases a plus.

Nutrition Program Director
Full-time (40 hours/week) –This position plans, directs, administers and evaluates all aspects of the Nutrition Program to meet the nutritional needs and to enrich the life of older adults served through the programs and services offered by Senior Services. Food Service Management and Supervisory experience are required as well as experience with budget management, menu planning and recipe conversion and the development, implementation and coordination of programs. Must have good computer skills, customer service skills and good written and verbal communication skills. A degree as a Registered Dietician is required and must have SERVSAFE certification or equivalent as well as 5 years’ experience in a similar position.

Assistant Cook – Greendale Activity & Dining Center
Part-time (29 hours/week) Seeking motivated individual to work in a high paced environment to assist with the preparation, serving, and packaging of appetizing, attractive and nutritionally-balanced meals for Meals on Wheels. Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance, the ability to lift up to 45 lbs., strong interpersonal communication skills, and a customer service oriented mindset Must have or willingness to obtain SERVSAFE Certification or equivalent. Previous food service or commercial meal preparation experience preferred but not required. High School diploma or equivalent required.

Custodian at Seasons Adult Day Health Services
Part-time (20 hours/week M-F) Responsibilities involve maintaining a sanitary and hygienic environment utilizing infection control best practices including general housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, daily cleaning and sanitation of the bathrooms, assistance with clearing the dishes and tables following lunch and washing the dishes utilizing the commercial dish machine (training is provided). Experience with custodial work preferred. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, detail oriented and have the ability to multitask in an organized way. Physical requirements: Must be able to be on feet (standing/walking) for extended periods of time, including bending, reaching and crouching. Candidates must be comfortable working in an environment with older adults living with a chronic illness, changes in memory or with a dementia such as Alzheimer’s disease in a busy group setting.

Direct Care Worker – Home Care
Part Time (20-29 hours per week) Provides personal assistance and support to older adults in their home. Assistance includes, but not limited to, bathing and grooming, laundry, homemaking, and grocery shopping. Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb stairs and lift up to 25 lbs. required. Previous personal care experience preferred. Effective oral and written communication. Ability to work compassionately with individuals with varying degrees of physical and cognitive limitations. Position requires driving within Midland County. Competitive pay, holiday pay and mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate. High school diploma required, Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) not required. Custodian at Coleman Activity & Dining Center
Part-time (20 hours/week) Provides custodial services, building and grounds maintenance and driving for Meals on Wheels at the Coleman Activity and Dining Center. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills, be motivated and detail oriented. Must have the ability to multitask and the ability to work independently. Able to lift 50 pounds, stand for 4-6 hours, and climb stairs and ladders as needed to maintain a safe, clean environment for seniors and staff. Duties include, but not limited to, snow shoveling, floor maintenance, cleaning and other tasks. Electrical and plumbing knowledge are preferred. Must be willing to alter assignment to support other staff and organizational needs.
