Facilities & Network Manager
Full-time (40 hours/week) Seeking an energetic, organized team player to oversee facilities at four locations within Midland County for Senior Services, Midland County Council on Aging. Also oversees information technology systems working in partnership with a third party technology firm. Must have at least 5 years previous experience with facilities management. Staff supervisory experience, project management experience required, and previous information technology systems oversight strongly preferred. Must be able to physically assist with room setups and other maintenance tasks as required. Communication proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities required. A full benefit package is offered.

Activity Coordinator (Recreational Therapist)
at Seasons Adult Day Health Services
Full-time (40 hours/week) Primary responsibilities include developing group and individual activities for participants, training staff, monitoring facilitation, implementing group outings, completing assessments and volunteer oversight. Previous experience with older adults and hands-on skills working with people living with dementia is preferred. Must have patience and understanding, effective verbal and written communication and organization skills. Bachelors in Therapeutic Recreation required. Certification through the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification preferred.

Registered Nurse at Seasons Adult Day Health Services
Full-time (40 hours/week) Seasons Adult Day Health Services provides community-based daytime care Monday – Friday, including health monitoring, nursing, personal care services, therapeutic activities and programs, for older adults living with chronic diseases, changes in memory, and/or with various types and stages of dementia. Responsibilities involve clinical nursing services and health monitoring for participants including physical and cognitive assessments, medication administration, diabetic and dietary management, and other skilled nursing services as needed. Develop and foster professional relationships with the medical community, conduct consultations and education with participants and their families, including health and dementia-related education for adult day staff as well as provide occasional community-based presentations of similar topics. Must be licensed by the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse. Previous experience with older adults, caregivers, and hands-on skills working with people living with dementia is preferred. Must have patience and understanding, and highly effective verbal, non-verbal, and written communication and organizational skills.

Direct Care Worker – Home Care
Part Time (20-29 hours per week) Provides personal assistance and support to older adults in their home. Assistance includes, but not limited to, bathing and grooming, laundry, homemaking, and grocery shopping. Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb stairs and lift up to 25 lbs. required. Previous personal care experience preferred. Effective oral and written communication. Ability to work compassionately with individuals with varying degrees of physical and cognitive limitations. Position requires driving within Midland County. Competitive pay, holiday pay and mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate. Assistant Cook
Part-time (29 hours/week) Seeking motivated individual to work in a high paced environment to assist with the preparation, serving, and packaging of appetizing, attractive and nutritionally-balanced meals for congregate settings and Meals on Wheels. Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance, the ability to lift up to 45 lbs., strong interpersonal communication skills, and a customer service oriented mindset Must have or willingness to obtain SERVSAFE Certification or equivalent. Previous food service or commercial meal preparation experience preferred but not required. High School diploma or equivalent required.
