This overnight oats recipe is an easy-to-make, delicious, balanced breakfast to brighten your morning!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (or vanilla)
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup sliced strawberries
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except the fruit to a glass container with a tight fitting lid. Stir well and cover. Refrigerate overnight (~8 hours).
- Remove the lid and stir. Layer the oats with the berries (or other fruit of your choice!) in a bowl and enjoy!
