Tina Podboy Laughner, Volunteer & Outreach Manager – Tina received two nominations. In serving on the Delta College Second Act Advisory Board she is resourceful, dependable, has good ideas, and a positive attitude. Tina is always there when you have a question or need a listening ear!
Ashley David, Communications & Design Manager/Editor Midland Prime Times – From the minute she started working here in December 2019, Ashley has been stellar! She has taken on countless challenges with good humor and a can-do spirit. Her flawless execution of every project is what makes Ashley “simply stellar!”
Emily Eastman, Office Professional – Emily had the great idea to digitize surveys, she followed-up from start to finish to find the best way to make it happen. She thought through the process and technical challenges. Beyond that, she is always a delight to work with! We are so blessed to have her in clerical!
Julie Randolph, Care Coordinator – I have a large hearing loss and I appreciate that Julie communicates with me by writing everything down when I don’t understand what is being said.
Kathy Schmitt, Care Coordinator – Going above and beyond helping a new client with many interventions and working with different departments within the agency. Quickly obtained help for client when aide could not provide assistance.
Jenny Hughes, Home Care Scheduler/Office Professional – Going above and beyond helping a new care coordination client after Home Care Aide was unable to do so.
Helen Grift, Home Care Aide – Going above and beyond helping a client to stay safe in their home.
Sue Kremsreiter, Case Manager – Sue is a silent hero – she is dedicated to helping us achieve our mission. She is continually focused on the betterment of our clients. We are lucky to have such a silent hero and ultimately our clients have been blessed.
Diane Conklin, Seasons Program Facilitator – Diane is thoughtful, creative and dedicated. She engages clients at their level in ways that allows them to be challenged. Diane is willing to help wherever needed and has been assisting in the clerical department. We are lucky to have her!
Elizabeth Burnett, Care Coordinator/Mills Center Director – She has concerns for my well-being, always friendly, and offers help. Provided a thoughtful gift to keep warm during the cold winter.
Kim Short, Care Coordinator – She is always concerned, kind, and helpful. Always asks if I need help and gives information about others that can help.
Marissa Mason-Anders, Care Coordinator – She is always there for me and is very kind and considerate. She deserves to be recognized because she is always there when I need help.
