Marissa Mason-Anders: Marissa came to my parents’ home to discuss their needs. She went through the house to see what they needed and explained why. She was thorough, patient and convinced my resistant father!
Jenny Hughes: Jenny listens to clients and goes the extra mile to creatively find solutions when home care services are unexpectedly disrupted. She shows compassion and recognizes the value of client needs. Her efforts are remarkable.
Christin Rousseau: Christin is dependable, flexible, hard-working and compassionate. She has shown an immense level of knowledge and kindness during her time as the facilitator of the Caregiver Support Group. Many family members have commented on how valuable she is to the group. Christin is not only a huge asset to Seasons but also to community members learning how to navigate dementia.
Kelsey Cline: Newly into her career, Kelsey has shown to be a creative and dedicated member of the Seasons team. She has come up with many new ideas for special events and programming that have been successful. Kelsey has developed new processes or incorporated new items to streamline various aspects for activities She was also an integral part of creating our brand new sensory room. Seasons is lucky to have her!
Steve Klein: I witnessed Steve heading across the parking lot with a large trash can, shovel, and broom. When I asked him about it, he said there had been an accident at the corner and he didn’t want anyone to get a flat tire from the debris. Steve cares about others and is always helpful!
Trena Winans: Trena has gone out of her way to keep the Zumba Gold classes going since the pandemic started. She has followed all protocols and been flexible by holding classes by live stream, virtual, outside or in the Trailside garage.
