for those caring for someone with Dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, or a Chronic Condition or Illness

Caring for someone you love can be both rewarding and challenging. This confidential support group is for anyone taking care of another person, be it their spouse, friend, or family member.

The group discusses current stressful situations and participants problem-solve to find solutions and appropriate ways of coping. This can be an opportunity to learn, connect, get ideas, be understood and have your feelings validated.

Educational material, tips and techniques are always included to help you as a care partner. The care partner or the person receiving care must be 60 years of age or older to attend.

Drop-in, no registration required.

If you are attending for the first time, we will ask that you fill out a Care Partner registration form upon arrival. If you prefer to register before you arrive, you may do so online below or call 989-633-3700.
